Beachfront and Marketplace - Sniper Elite 5 - The Atlantic Wall
Beckendorf is down but it’s too late. Just hours before our divine intervention at the church his unit had paid a visit to our French friends in town. The resistance of Colline-Sur-Mer has been butchered. We lost some good men. Unspoiled plans retrieved from a secret hatch in the hideout revealed Nazi movement to secure and fortify Chateau-De-Berengar- a moated stronghold deep in the French countryside. Beckendorf was just one arm of Möller’s Operation Kraken. The marketplace provides good cover to backtrack through town before exfiltrating with Blue Viper at the farm. They say “to light a candle is to cast a shadow”, and unfortunately for Möller, I am the shadow.
From blockout to polish, I had the pleasure of owning the beach, promenade and marketplace in Sniper Elite 5’s opening mission. Modelling, UVing, texturing, lighting, composition, set-dressing and optimisation. Blockouts were provided and revised by Beck Shaw (Lead LD) and Helene Vellevoog (LD).
